You will need to register for our online booking system by either downloading the KAL app on your smart phone or tablet. You will need your ID number; this can be obtained from your welcome email. Click on “forgotten your PIN”, enter your ID number, and you will receive an email with a link to set your own 4-digit PIN. Once this has been done, you will be able to log in anytime, anywhere and check classes, timetables, check availability for racket sports, etc

As a matter of courtesy to all our members, if our system shows you did not swipe in for a class which you have booked, we send a gentle reminder.
If you fail to attend 5 classes or more in a calendar month, there will be a temporary booking restriction applied to your account. This means you will not be able to pre-book any classes during this time.
To ensure you don’t receive an email when you did attend a class, please ensure that your membership card is always swiped either at reception or at one of our card machines at the entrance to some studios before any class. This will ensure our system records your attendance and will avoid any unnecessary emails.

Squash bookings can be made via our app or at reception, in person, at Batley Sports & Tennis Centre or Huddersfield Leisure Centre.

Unfortunately, no. The booking system is based on your current membership status so until your membership is live again you will not be able to book.
If a member books and fails to attend five or more classes in a month, they will receive a 30-day advance booking ban. Members can still visit the centres and attend classes; however, will not be able to book sessions in advance.

Click this and it will ask for your email address. Once submitted you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please note: to access your account you now use a combination of email address and password rather than member ID and pin.
Unfortunately, all sessions regardless of the reason, are non-refundable and once booked they are not able to be amended.
You can book 7 days in advance. Slots become available to book from 9pm.
We kindly request that you only book for sessions that you can attend to ensure all customers have an opportunity to book a session.
Please also remember to cancel any sessions, giving at least 24 hours notice where possible, to enable another customer to take your place
If you are a member and don’t have access to a Smart phone the centre can make a booking for you.
Regretfully, we do not accept bookings over the phone.
However the quickest and easiest way is via our app.
Members – It is really easy to change your booking via our app. Please be aware if you have paid for an activity, these are non-refundable or changeable.
Flexi Card & pre-paid bookings – Unfortunately, bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

If you are not a member you can turn up at a KAL centre, and pay for a session. However, please be aware that we have limited capacity for some activities and you will only be allowed entry if we have space.
If you wish to be able to book in advance you will be required to have a valid KAL Flexi Card or membership.
